Deliverable
A finished plan,
then the renders
First you get a finished floor plan and drawings your builder can work from, with every key decision made in time. Then, around ten months before the keys, come the renders, the furniture and the joinery. You watch your future home take shape while there's still time to get it exactly right.

I hand you a finished floor plan and drawings your builder can act on — and we make the early purchases, tiles, taps, doors and floors, right alongside them.

About ten months out, we bring in renders, furniture and joinery.

You arrive to a home that was fully designed before you walked in.
OnlineThe honest part
You don't need to picture it from a blueprint: the renders let you see and feel your home while every change is still easy to make. Want eyes on the build itself? Site supervision can be added on.
